Building on the success of his "Counter Culture" concept at Pavyllon London, multi-Michelin-starred Chef Yannick Alléno is thrilled to bring it to Pavyllon Paris with a series of four-hands dinners throughout 2025. These evenings will be true celebrations of culinary exchange, embodying the conviviality and elegance that define Pavyllon.
The first dinner will take place on Thursday, April 3, with Chef Jaïs as the inaugural guest. Together, behind Pavyllon’s signature counter, they will engage with guests in a refined yet relaxed atmosphere, perfectly aligned with Yannick Alléno’s modern culinary approach.
Renowned for his mastery of sauces and extractions, Chef Alléno will collaborate with Jaïs’ instinctive cuisine to create a one-of-a-kind menu.
“This dinner marks the beginning of a series of culinary encounters, where I hope Pavyllon Paris will become a new stage for expression and conviviality, bringing together talented chefs from France and beyond.
